Return Period

Returns may be requested within 30 days after delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • the product must be unused

  • the product must be in original condition

  • original packaging should be included when possible

  • proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • opened hygiene products

  • customized items

  • clearance products marked as final sale

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5ā€“10 business days.
